The major goal of this project is use the tools from XP:
Everything will be logged in this document. If this was a team, it would be live wiki.
Regarding the XP terminology, I am both the customer and the development team.
So let's start creating some stories. In bulk. I'll refine later. The idea is to understand what should be a story. Later, I'll have to break them down or combine them and create estimates. Eventually think of assigning them onto iterations. This is the typical case of a first plan that will have it all wrong. Keep smiling :-)
