The purpose of this document is to formally specify Hint and also provide a base implementation.
Hint is a dynamically type language which is mostly interpreted. The language defines much more than just a traditional language and a VM, it also defines a programming environment, an execution model and a set of basic libraries.
Oh and right it's all vaporware.
This document is structured. It provides both a description of the language as well as an implementation. It should be best viewed as a "web", as defined in Literate Programming.
